The twine can also be furnished in a 100% cotton construction.

Cotton cable cord is a blend of polyester and cotton yarn that is cabled into a three stranded construction. This gives the twine an added bulk and increased strength. It is popular in the fishing, toy, and construction trades, where it is used as a chalk or mason line. The cord comes on balls or cones.

Polished cotton twine is made with a 4's yarn construction. The polished or glazed finish of this twine holds the plied yarns together to enhance the twines performance. This twine is available on balls or reels, and its popular uses include wrapping, food services, meat packing, advertising, and assorted industrial uses.

There are several types of twines made from natural fibers which can be used in specific applications. Sisal twine is offered in a 1, 2, or 3 ply construction in 10 lb. center pull cartons, for assorted industrial, agricultural, landscaping, or nursery applications. Sisal baler and binder twine is provided on tubes for the farming and industrial trades. Jute twine is offered on tubes, balls, or reels for the craft and nursery trades. It can be tarred for certail industrial or government uses.
